We are so excited to continue our guest roaster program with Peregrine Coffee Roasters from Westcliffe, Colorado!
Serving the best coffee to the Wet Mountain Valley and beyond…
Peregrine Coffee Roasters began in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2016, where their family served a small coffee roaster and became like family with the locals.
They learned first hand that they could make a difference in people’s lives through coffee.
Now, Peregrine makes its nest in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains of Colorado seeking to source and roast the best coffee while still making this same difference stateside and overseas.

Treat yourself to the delightful fusion of flavors in our candied yam latte, where the richness of sweet potato, brown sugar, marshmallow essence, and aromatic spices create a cozy and comforting sip that feels just like a warm hug.

Merry Monkey Latte

Indulge in the essence of freshly baked banana-walnut bread with our Merry Monkey Latte, a cozy blend of rich banana, toasted walnut, and warm winter spices in every sip.

Santa's Cookies Latte

Savor the delicious essence of a creamy cookie butter latte topped with a tantalizing drizzle, cookie crumble dust, and a cookie on the side (dipping is encouraged).

Peppermint Fog Tea

Roots Fort Worth Opens December 2nd! Soft open 11/30 & 12/1 from 8am-12pm.

Join us on Monday, December 2nd for our opening day, or this weekend for our soft opening! We’re so excited to share this space with our Fort Worth community! This space showcases local furniture and shelving by Freeform Made, Brown Woodcraft, and Travis Trimble plus plants by Grow. Our menu will feature as many of our local favorites as possible - including: Novel Coffee Roasters, Funky Picnic, The Proof Bakery, Boopas Bagel Deli, Sunnyvale Honey, DFW Organics, Sublime Chocolate, Holy Kombucha, and more!

Stop by in the morning for a thick slice of avocado toast or a savory scone paired with a cappuccino or one our signature lattes. In the afternoon, choose from two sandwiches, a veggie snack plate, or our full toast menu served all day (vegan)! Gluten free and vegan pastries (made in house) are also available, along with a keto-friendly option for our low-carb friends.

A combination of fresh squeezed lemon juice, house-made lavender syrup, cold brew, and topo chico! Pairs great with our new Lavender Lemon Cake!
