Who we are

We believe above all else that as the world continues to move at a rapid and ever-increasing pace, individuals are looking more and more for a place to exhale. A place where the people are kind, the menu is ample, and the connections are authentic. Roots Coffeehouse exists to be that place.

We have been able to support our community by using local suppliers like Novel Coffee Roasters, La Casita Bakeshop, Walker Honey, Holy Kombucha, Sublime Chocolate, Fox & Otter Pickles, Calyan Wax, Firehouse Pottery, Boulevard of Greens, and more. We also feature local artists on our Local Art wall, community events, coffee classes, and support other local artisans through our annual Buy Local Event. 

We are committed to making each drink carefully by hand. There are an average of 8 hands that touch every single bean before it ends up in our cups, and in order to honor the farm to cup process, we want to present them in a way that makes them shine. We search for better ways of brewing, research new equipment and methods, and create ways for our customers to learn about the work that goes into each cup starting from the seed.
